This little girl is approximately one year old and was found with her four babies (Kris Kringle, Snowflake, Noel and Frosty) at Christmas time. Joy was quite ill when she arrived and needed time to regain her strength. Now healthy and happy, she is ready for a quiet home. She is very gentle, and likes people of all ages, but would prefer to be an only cat. She does not mind polite dogs. She is spayed, micro-chipped, current on her vaccines and viral negative.
Biggs |
BIGGS is a handsome marmalade guy
who has it all;
looks, personality, kindness. Simply put he is a great cat who will charm
your socks off! Plus he is
affectionate! He and his housemate Little Max came to The Ark when their owner
could no longer care for them.
Interested? You had better hurry on
these two special cats :)
Max |
LITTLE MAX wears his heart on his chest. He is a kind and loving cat who deserves
a second chance. LITTLE MAX is 4 years
old. He and his housemate Bigg came to
The Ark when their owner could no longer care for them.
They are anxious to be adopted into
a safe home, together or separately.
Sammy |
My name
is SAMMY. My owner passed away and there
was no one to/take me in. Thank goodness, The Ark of San Juan stepped in to
save me.
I am a
little scared right now, so please be patient while I adjust to my new
surroundings. I really am a good girl; I like kids, people and love to be
brushed. Please give me a second chance
to be loved and have a safe home
Beth |
BETH and her five housemates became homeless when their
owner passed away and there was no one to take them in. It’s obvious they were loved and well cared for. Beth is 6 years old and is still feeling unsure in her new surroundings. She may need some extra time to feel safe again
Royal |
Handsome ROYAL, an older gentleman, was abandoned in a local neighborhood for some
time. Apparently when his owner was committed
to a nursing facility Royal was literally turned loose on the streets. A good
Samaritan took him in and nursed him back to health as he was nearly starved.
He is reported as very playful & quite the loving man
WILLIE is a bit shy
until he knows you are a ‘cat person.’ Then he jumps up,
wants to be petted and expects to go home with you!
Willie is about ten
and is current on his vaccinations. He
and his sidekick, Stretch, came to The
Ark when their owners could no longer care for them. They would love to be
a part of your family; adopted together or separately.
Stretch |
Not by any stretch of
the imagination could you find a nicer cat than STRETCH!

Tuna |
TUNA was found in the
back yard of a local residence.
Alone & hungry he cried until a good Samaritan brought him
food.
His favorite was tuna, thus the name!
TUNA thrives on playtime
and loves the company of other cats
